70 / 70A & 110 Road Closure 25th March 2025

On 25th March 2025 Rose Lane will be closed between 07:00 and 17:00. This will affect routes 70, 70A and 110. Buses will divert via Stuston Road and the A143. The Rose Lane Close and Church bus stops in Palgrave will not be served.

New Service! Route 14 Ipswich

Simonds are delighted to be taking over the operation of route 14 from Monday 7th April 2025. There will be no changes to the route or timetable, but tickets will now be available covering our Suffolk and Norfolk network, including routes 110, 112, 113 and 114 which link Ipswich with Eye and Diss.

81 Harleston diversion 14th - 18th April 2025

From Monday 14th April 2025 until Friday 18th April 2025, Needham Road in Harleston will be closed. Route 81 will divert via the A143 and Mendham Lane, and will not serve the bus stops named Startson Lane, Shotford Road and Dove Close. Unfortunately there is nowhere suitable to place a temporary bus stop, so passengers from these stops are advised to use the Broad Street bus stops in the centre of Harleston during this period.
